The Ash Carter Exchange on Innovation and National Security
For the second year in a row, SCSP is honored to host the annual Ash Carter Exchange on Innovation and National Security. Our flagship defense and security forum honors and advances the legacy of Dr. Ash Carter, the 25th U.S. Secretary of Defense, together with Mrs. Stephanie Carter. The Carter Exchange will take place simultaneously with the AI Expo at the DC Convention Center, as a distinct event and with its own unique programming.
